She honed her institutional knowledge at long/short credit funds including Marathon Asset Management and DW Partners. Emma then moved into the venture sphere, working at Firstmark Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm that led investments in companies such as Pinterest, Airbnb, DraftKings, Shopify, and Discord.
